Above all, I am passionate about delivering positive customer experiences and outcomes.
I founded Forty-two Lue to bring this passion for customer success and breadth of experience in technology to organizations that do not have the means build similar in-house expertise. With over 20 years of experience leveraging big data and artificial intelligence/machine learning techniques to implement strategic solutions across various disciplines and verticals backing it, Forty-two Lue can turn your ideas into reality, delivering solutions through creativity and innovation with a little elbow grease.

Integrated CRM with land-use management system, 311 services, FOIAXpress and Inspection Scheduling System. Built chat integration for direct communication with inspectors and account managers.
Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs
Transitioned all agency staff from on-premise to full telework posture during the COVID-19 pandemic, which included the migration of the agency’s analog customer service telephony system to a VoIP service and successfully converting agency in-person services to digital services, allowing the agency to fully assist the public throughout the pandemic without a service interruption.
Architected and delivered numerous solutions, reimagining how the agency provided service to our constituents, including: Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Identity and Access Management (IAM), API Gateway, Automated Inspection Scheduling, Payment Portal, Contractor Rating System and Professional Licensing Portal.
