Integrated CRM with land-use management system, 311 services, FOIAXpress and Inspection Scheduling System. Built chat integration for direct communication with inspectors and account managers.
Transitioned all agency staff from on-premise to full telework posture during the COVID-19 pandemic, which included the migration of the agency’s analog customer service telephony system to a VoIP service and successfully converting agency in-person services to digital services, allowing the agency to fully assist the public throughout the pandemic without a service interruption.

Architected and delivered numerous solutions, reimagining how the agency provided service to our constituents, including: Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Identity and Access Management (IAM), API Gateway, Automated Inspection Scheduling, Payment Portal, Contractor Rating System and Professional Licensing Portal.
Bloomberg: Engineered BLAW architecture providing improved performance over existing Oracle implementation.
JPMC: Implemented and coordinated legal preservation and collection of assets, leveraging AI techniques to identify data subject to hold.
Adobe: Integrated search and text extraction software as OEM provider to create unified assets library search functionality.
